How a civilisational nation can be destroyed without defeating its army!

❤️ THE FARMER AND COW STORY 📌
Once upon a time, there was a humble farmer named Niu who lived a simple but happy life. Although he was not wealthy, he owned a loyal cow that helped him work in the fields every day from sunrise to sunset. Together, they grew vegetables and other crops. Niu kept enough food for himself and sold the extra produce at the village market to buy other necessities.
Niu and his cow worked hard and never complained because they were grateful for what they had.
One year, however, disaster struck. The rains never came, and the land became dry and dusty. Without water, the crops failed, leaving Niu with nothing to harvest or sell. Since he had no income, he could no longer afford food.
As hunger grew worse, Niu sold all the belongings in his small house to buy enough food for himself and his faithful cow. He hoped the rains would return soon so he could farm again.
Months passed, but the drought continued. There were no crops, no money, and eventually no food left. Weak with hunger, Niu looked at his cow and sadly said, “I’m afraid I may have to eat you.”
The cow looked at him with tears in her eyes. Seeing her sadness filled Niu with deep regret. He realized how much his loyal companion meant to him. Hugging the cow, he said, “I’m so sorry. I should never have suggested such a thing. Please forgive me.”
The cow gently nodded, relieved that her life had been spared.
Almost immediately, dark clouds gathered and rain began to fall. The dry land became fertile once again, and fresh crops soon started to grow. Before long, Niu and his cow returned to the fields, working together as they always had.
When harvest season arrived, they produced more crops than ever before. They sold their harvest at the village market, earned enough money to buy food, and were never hungry again.
From that day forward, Niu made a promise that he would never eat beef because he believed his cow was more than an animal—it was a loyal friend who had stood by him through life’s hardest times.
An Open Letter to the Jantar Mantar protestors:
My dear young friends,
I address you today not as a politician or an MP, but as someone deeply troubled by what is happening to your generation of young Indians.
This is personal for me. I was born to a middle-class family: my father was a salaried newspaper employee, my mother a homemaker, with three children to educate on one income. For a family like ours, merit was not a slogan. Scholarships, fair examinations, honest results — these were the only way one salary could carry three children's dreams.
I went to school in Mumbai and Kolkata, to college here in Delhi, topped the University and earned admission into IIM — and chose instead to follow my passion for international affairs, in America, on a scholarship. Nothing was inherited; everything was earned by hard work and yes, Exams.
So I know that a fair, merit-based system is the only ladder for young people from lower and middle-income families to climb up. When that ladder is broken — papers leaked, examinations cancelled, trust destroyed — the children of the rich and powerful do not suffer. They have other ladders. It is your dreams, and your families' sacrifices (and tragically, in some homes, young lives themselves) that are betrayed.
To the young people gathered at Jantar Mantar, and those raising your voices peacefully across India: this country hears you. Your anger is not indiscipline — it is the anguish of a generation that did everything right and was still betrayed . You are not alone.
And to the millions of young Indians watching quietly: your generation is not a problem to be managed. You are the answer to India's future. Do not lose hope. This ladder will be rebuilt — by you, and by every Indian who stands with you.
To Shri Sonam Wangchuk-ji, my heartfelt appeal: please end your fast. You have awakened the conscience of the nation; that is what a fast is meant to do. India needs your voice for the long road ahead.
With Parliament in session again from Monday, we will have an opportunity to raise the students’ issues in the highest forum of our democracy. That’s where the problem should be addressed, not by fasting unto death. Please heed my plea.
And finally, to the Government: I respectfully urge you to reach out and engage in the dialogue our democracy owes its young citizens. That is not weakness; that is statesmanship.
Life is too short to worry about stupid things. Have fun. Fall in love.
Regret nothing and do not let people bring you down.
Study, think, create and grow. Teach yourself and teach others.
