I live in the area and am ever so amused at the casual tolerance to flooding at this spot - it’s part of the local history and culture. The pub next door gets flooded as well and rather than shut down, it offers free wellies boots to patrons.

Unfortunately on my Mumbai visit, all I saw was dug up roads and roadside garbage piles. Must learn how to fly amidst the tops of skyscrapers like these people to feel the vibes in this video.
