The current NAV for @apyx_fi's apxUSD is 1.8% higher than STRC.

That has been, and continues to be, the selling point for me on apyx.

I.E., that apyUSD is a way to get a better yield than holding STRC while also getting less direct exposure to de-parring events for STRC.

GRANTED, I fully acknowledge this only works with NAV redemptions live, and I'm eager for those to be more widely available in the near future.

TL;DR: APYX as a means of getting more yield and less STRC depeg (de-par) risk is proving to be an accurate narrative.

Le régulateur reproche à France 3 de ne pas avoir rappelé que le député LFI a été définitivement condamné pour des faits de violences volontaires en réunion.

Saisie par le député RN Philippe Ballard, l’Arcom estime que ces déclarations n’ont été « ni contextualisées, ni corrigées » à l’antenne et considère que la séquence a manqué de rigueur dans le traitement de l’information.

Nos mesures :

1️⃣ Arrêter la politique du tout logement social et vendre une partie du parc à ses occupants, comme c'était l'objectif initial. Pour cela, supprimer la loi SRU qui impose un quota de 25% de logements sociaux aux communes de plus de 3 500 habitants.

2️⃣ Imposer la transparence totale sur les attributions grâce à des critères objectifs et à l'IA, pour en finir avec le règne du bon vouloir des maires, de leurs bailleurs et de leurs petits arrangements.

3️⃣ Expulser les clandestins au lieu de les loger aux frais du contribuable. Réserver les attributions aux Français : les étrangers sont censés apporter quelque chose au pays qui les accueille, pas vivre à ses crochets.

Peut-on sérieusement penser que le HLM réglera la grave crise du logement en France ?

La France possède déjà 25% de tous les logements sociaux d'Europe. Un logement à louer sur trois est un HLM. Plus nous construisons de HLM, plus les Français peinent à se loger. C'est un échec coûteux.

Il y a aujourd'hui 2,7 millions de demandes de HLM en attente pour 384 000 attributions par an. On aurait beau transformer toute la France en HLM, on n'y logerait jamais le monde entier.

🚨 Et si nous laissons faire le gouvernement, cette tendance va s'aggraver.

Le gouvernement vient de demander aux préfets par circulaire de régulariser davantage de clandestins, afin de désengorger l'hébergement d'urgence en les faisant basculer vers le logement social.

À Nantes, par exemple, 55% des HLM ont été affectés à des étrangers en 2024, alors que 54% des demandes venaient de Français. Même phénomène à Rennes, à Strasbourg, Grenoble, Mulhouse...

👉 Les dossiers des Français sont davantage REJETÉS que ceux des étrangers dans les grandes villes.
