Here's my @Samsung Ring 🔋 draining 8% in REAL TIME in 1min. I sent it for repair & was told (gaslit) it's working "to full spec"? I even called (& 📧) to say pls look again, to save @SamsungUK /environment shipping cost, but @SamsungHelpUK were adamant it's fine. Is this fine?

I called minutes after the 📧 BTW. Emphasised I'm not making this up & it would save everyone hassle, save environment & save Samsung money, if they just re-assessed while 💍 still with them. Was told they have to 'back their experts' & to send it in again if still not working 🙄
