I applaud the House for passing the Hong Kong Human Rights & Democracy Act yesterday, & I was proud to cosponsor the Senate companion. Now the Senate must pass the measure. Standing up for human rights, free speech & democracy in Hong Kong should be an expectation of the Senate.
