So when I say I feel lighter I mean it feels like I had a bubble of tears in me that finally burst and let out all that toxic water, releasing all those fettered emotions I avoided when the event happened.

Toasty at night thoughts: Did you ever notice how during big emotional releases that the tears roll up and through you in waves. It feels almost like when you are sick and your body tries to purge it, minus the nausea of course. To be clear I'm not upset or in a bad mental state.

It's like the scarring around the hole in my heart left by the loss of my uncle heals a little more every time. Normally when I cry because I am upset, I will end up feeling exhausted after. These tears flow out of me like there was a blockage internally that finally burst.
