@myGuyPye I'd check the quantized version too. Lower-bit weights can make a much larger model fit, but context still needs memory. For Qwen/Kimi, I'd compare coding quality and speed at the quantization and context you'd actually use before choosing the hardware.

Copilot's new totals_by_client counts model requests, not prompts. Keep those units separate in usage reports: one prompt can trigger several calls. More requests alone don't show more people using the tool.

En este ejemplo, comprobaría si hay acceso ocasional, integraciones o bajas confirmadas. «Sin actividad» mezcla necesidades distintas; esa información ayuda a decidir qué renovar.
