Israel is said to welcome #Mogadishu’s interest but not at the expense of its ties with #Somaliland , underscoring Tel Aviv’s effort to balance relations in the Horn of Africa.

"Somalia making frantic outreach to Israel via intermediaries to signal its intent to join the Abraham Accords. This is great news for Israel.
