Western civilization has collapsed before.
But a few scholars preserved the ideas that once made Rome great. They made a backup, and it did eventually come all the way back.
It just took one thousand years.

BITCOIN JUST BROKE A 14-YEAR SUPPORT.
And I'm not going to sugarcoat this.
That line wasn't just another level.
It defined every single bull market in Bitcoin history.
It separated expansion from damage.
It never broke without consequences.
When support like this fails…
Markets don't bounce on hope.
They reprice because structure is gone.
Here's what happens next historically:
Volatility expands.
Liquidity hunts lower.
Weak hands get completely wiped.
Strong hands wait. They don't rush.
Could it reclaim? Yes.
But until it does?
This is risk management mode.
Ignoring broken macro support isn't conviction.
It's denial.
Respect the chart.
Or the chart will teach you the hard way.

I watched a guy go from barely being able to make eye contact to walking into rooms like he owned them in about 6 weeks. Wasn't confidence coaching. Wasn't therapy. Wasn't NoFap
He fixed his GABA signalling
Sounds like made-up biohacker nonsense, I know. But this might be the most slept-on thing in men's health right now
If you're shy. If you feel on edge in social situations. If you avoid phone calls. If you need hours to decompress after hanging out with people. If your default state is anxious alertness rather than calm
You don't have an anxiety disorder. You have impaired inhibitory neurotransmitter function
GABA is the brake pedal on your nervous system. When it works, you can sit in a meeting without your body acting like there's a threat in the room. When it doesn't, everything feels dangerous. All day. Every day
That wired feeling. Hypervigilance. Light sleep. Jaw clenching. Scanning rooms when you walk in. The eye contact thing is a submission signal btw, your nervous system is literally telling other people "I'm not a threat, don't hurt me." Most guys don't realize their body is doing this automatically
Alcohol temporarily boosts GABA (which is why you become a different person after 2 drinks). Benzos do the same thing. Weed too. All of which make the underlying problem worse over time. You're borrowing from a system that's already bankrupt
The fix is upstream though and this is where it gets weird
GABA production depends on glutamate conversion, which depends on B6, which depends on gut absorption, which depends on intestinal barrier integrity
The guy I mentioned? Gut was cooked. We didn't give him any nootropic or anti-anxiety anything. Fixed his digestion. Couple weeks later his whole personality shifted because his brain could finally produce enough GABA to let him relax
He didn't become confident. He stopped being biochemically locked into fight-or-flight
I think most men walking around with "social anxiety" actually have a gut problem. Sounds ridiculous. I keep watching it happen though. Fix the gut, anxiety drops. Over and over. Might just be a coincidence but I doubt it at this point
If you want to quit your job & use AI to make passive income, steal this Claude prompt.
It gives you the EXACT 90-day roadmap you need to follow (and what to avoid) to start making passive income:
This is the only tweet you will need to survive the AI era.
10 rules. No fluff.
Read it carefully.
1. Be fast. The #1 skill in the AI era is high agency. Information is no longer a moat - you can prompt AI and find out anything in seconds. Your edge is speed. How fast can you spot an opportunity, act on it, fail, learn, and go again? While most people are still just reading about AI, a small % are already building with it. The gap between those two groups gets wider every single day. Don't overthink. Don't wait for perfect conditions. Move, test, learn, repeat. Speed is the new intelligence.
2. Build a business. Not many talk about it, but this is by far the best way to capitalise. I am personally focused on consumer products/media. There is still a massive arbitrage between the tech and the market. The gap is closing but it's still there. Playbook: Hire global talent before everyone else catches on (i.e. an EA in the Philippines costs ~$800/mo). Stack a small team around you, use AI to 10x their output, and you now run a machine that prints leverage. The gap between "solo operator with AI + a team" and "traditional company with 50 employees" is closing fast. Be on the right side of that. If you don't know how, move on to the next point.
3. Use AI EVERY single day. Use it to automate the boring stuff. SOPs, research, first drafts, data analysis, scheduling, and email. Anything repetitive that you do on a daily/weekly basis. Free up your brain for the stuff AI can't do yet - taste, judgment, relationships, decisions under uncertainty. People who use AI to replace their own thinking are getting dumber. Instead, use it to automate workflows and bring ideas to life. I post plenty of content on how to do this.
4. Understand that EQ is the new IQ. When everyone has access to the same AI tools, the differentiator is no longer intelligence, it's how you make people feel. How you read a room. How you negotiate. How you lead when things get messy. The most valuable skill in an AI-saturated world is being a human that other humans actually want to work with. This can't yet be automated.
5. Your health is your biggest edge. When everyone has access to the same AI tools, the person who sleeps 8 hours, trains hard, and eats clean will outperform the genius running on 5 hours and caffeine. Energy, clarity, and consistency are the new unfair advantages. Optimise sleep above everything - the work sorts itself out when your brain is firing on all cylinders. Side note: AI can replace a lot of things, but it can't replace your health. It's the one thing that you truly own, and that will never change. Respect it.
6. Build a personal brand. Now. AI can generate content, build products, write code. but it can't be YOU. Your story, your taste, your track record, your reputation - that's the one thing that compounds and can't be cloned. I was a 20-year-old kid tweeting from my parents' house in Australia. That decision to build in public changed my entire life. You don't need to be an influencer. You just need to be visible. Distribution IS the moat once barrier to code is no longer a factor.
7. Learn to sell. This is the skill no one talks about. AI can build the product, write the copy, design the site, and run the ads. It still can't shake a hand, read hesitation in someone's voice, or close a deal over dinner. Sales and marketing are the last pure human skills — and the most valuable ones in a world where building is no longer the bottleneck. Distribution is. If you can sell, you will never be replaceable.
8. Invest in the picks and shovels. Aside from investing in your own tools, education and business, invest in the broader AI economy. Think: energy (AI needs insane amounts of power), infrastructure, compute, robotics, cybersecurity, biotech, blockchain, hard assets. Work out where the world will be in 10-15 years and reverse engineer your capital allocation today to reflect that.
9. Network and surround yourself with good energy. Stop hanging around people who complain about AI taking jobs. Start spending time with people who are using it to create them. Your network in the next 12 months will determine your net worth for the next 12 years. This isn't motivational fluff - the collaborations, ideas, and deals that come from being in the right rooms compound faster than anything else. Networking and human interaction is also something that AI can't replace. It might be the most powerful thing the machines can't take from us.
10. Stay curious. This is the meta-skill that feeds everything above. The AI landscape is shifting weekly. The people who win won't be the ones who "figured it out" once - they'll be the ones who never stopped learning. Read, explore, go down rabbit holes, try new tools, break things. I've been experimenting with all kinds of workflows, OpenClaw, MCPs, automations etc. If you want to see what I'm working on give me a follow, I share a lot of stuff for free.
Big Pharma's biggest threat:
Nattokinase.
This natural supplement could replace statins, stents and blood pressure meds.
Here's everything they don't want you to know about Nattokinase:
🚨 PATTERN RECOGNITION IS THE MOST UNDERVALUED SKILL IN CRYPTO
Seriously.
If you've seen how something plays out once, you'll spot it again.
And you'll know exactly what to do.
Some examples:
New listing on a major CEX?
The chart almost always does the same thing - pumps 3-5 days before the listing as insiders accumulate, then dumps hard on the actual news when retail buys.
Every. Single. Time.
Big token unlock coming?
Price starts bleeding 2-4 weeks before. Not because of the unlock itself, but because everyone knows it's coming. Then it recovers after the unlock actually happens because the fear is gone.
Anonymous team suddenly doxes themselves?
That's usually the top. They're not doxing to build trust - they're doxing because they're about to exit and want one last pump.
Coordinated influencer campaign with the same talking points?
Distribution phase. The smart money is selling to the engagement.
How to actually get good at this:
First Option:
Pick a pattern you want to learn - let's say major unlocks.
Go back and study 10 of them.
What happened to the price 4 weeks before? 2 weeks before? The day of? 2 weeks after?
Write it down. Find the commonalities.
Second Option:
General Chart Patterns - so not "event" pattern
For this, you will need backtesting, a lot of it.
Find the pattern on any chart, any time frame, and check how it played out every single time before.
If it's heading the same direction, even 55% every time, you found a gold mine.
From that moment, it's a waiting game.
When you see that setup again, you'll recognize it instantly. And you'll know what's coming.
Most people don't do this.
They just trade on vibes and wonder why they keep getting caught.
You don't need to be smarter than everyone else. You just needed to see the same picture before.
That's how our brain works.
Reminder: I've been in trading since 2017, and will be sharing more alpha in here.
So make sure you keep your notifs on.
@yhbryankimiq You don't give any reasons or logical outcome to confirm your claim... not intelligent at all, many bull maxis make the same claim. And you have a 50% chance of being right.. if you wrong - you just delete the tweet
If there was EVER a year to lock the fuck in, it's 2026.
If you're serious about changing your life this year - listen up.
2026 is:
• Probably the last year of the AI-bubble in equities.
• One of the biggest years of monetary expansion in history.
• The biggest AI inflection point (AI agents, coding will get so good it will completely shift the labour market).
• The last year of true arbitrage in the AI market (most people are significantly behind and a big catch-up will happen in 27-29 imo as people panic).
• The year of rapid quantum computing acceleration - leading to further acceleration in AI/problem solving.
Don't get left behind - you absolutely MUST:
• Cultivate high agency as your core skill
• Stay relentlessly curious
• Ruthlessly eliminate distractions
• Prioritize health (body and mind are interlinked)
• Attack real, needle-moving work daily (plan your top 3 priorities the night before)
• Anchor your life to a handful of high-impact habits
• Leverage arbitrage (i.e. outsource low-value tasks to affordable EAs or global talent as soon as feasible)
• IMMERSE yourself in AI (every. single. day)
Btw - I'm not larping like other slop accounts on this app, I have big goals, and am actively doing all of these things and striving to get better every day. I'm also posting specific guides regularly to help each of you achieve your goals too.
Save this post and come back to it every month to ensure you're prioritising these things. And if you're not, critically evaluate and work on ways to make positive changes.
🚨 I DON’T UNDERSTAND WHY PEOPLE DON’T USE GROK FOR CRYPTO.
Most traders are stuck looking at charts from 3 months ago…
Grok reads real-time sentiment on X — and predicts what pumps tomorrow.
Here are 8 prompts to find your next x100:
This is how 3-6 months in a crypto bull run will change your life.
I’ll share my secret strategy.
It’s simple.
1. You are not going to buy bitcoin
2. Instead buy altcoins/memecoins that have less than $100 million market cap,
3. You will buy coins that are less than 1-2 years old,
4. You will pick coins in the fields of data, ai and rwa
5. Those sectors will 20x in the bull run.
6. Then sell into less volatile coins like $ETH and $BTC That’s it.
This is my current strategy which will make me more millions by 2026.
I’ve done it before and will do it again.
Most people wait 15-20 years for life changing gains in the stock market.
You can make it faster here, but just add a little more patience.
Follow me, as next I’ll share my list of coins I’m looking at.
Many people will regret not following me.
I've tested hundreds of supplements over 30 years to heal myself.
Most are worthless, but these 15 transformed my health.
At 50, my bloodwork is better than when I was 20.
The evidence-based supplement list that actually works: 🧵
I made my first million by doing something that sounds completely backwards - I stopped trying to make money.
11 practises that changed my life and can change yours:
These get crazier the further you go down the list.
---------
1. The Foundation (Even If It's Ugly)
I'm not gonna sugarcoat this - it started with a completely unhealthy, unmeasurable obsession with winning. Not just wanting it - being possessed by it. The kind of hunger where nothing, and I mean NOTHING, could make me quit.
Not failure, not rejection, not setbacks, not people telling me I was crazy. There wasn't a single thing that could happen to me that would make me wake up and throw in the towel. Pure brute force energy that refused to stop.
Underneath all that was something deeper though - I wanted to be valuable, to produce, to protect my family as they got older, to have freedom. The money was just the mechanism. The fuel was an unshakeable, delusional conviction that I was going to win no matter what, where or when.
It was purely WHEN based programming, not IF based programming on my vision of "winning"
---------
2. The Breakthrough: Killing the "No's"
We all have deeply rooted beliefs programmed into our subconscious - limiting "no's" and empowering "yes's."
Neuroscience calls this your reticular activating system - it's literally a filter that decides what's possible for you and what gets dismissed as irrelevant.
If you have enough subconscious "no's" surrounding the idea of making $5M in profit, your brain won't even register the opportunities right in front of you.
It'll feel impossible because your RAS is filtering out anything that contradicts your existing beliefs.
But here's what research on neuroplasticity shows: you can rewire this. When you consistently visualize something as already true, when you expose yourself to evidence of it being possible, when you act as if it's inevitable - you're literally creating new neural pathways.
You're flipping those "no's" to "yes's." The shift happens when enough of those beliefs change. Suddenly your brain stops filtering out the path forward. It stops seeing obstacles as dead ends and starts seeing them as puzzles to solve. The goal goes from "impossible" to "inevitable" - and that's when something fundamental shifts in how you operate.
---------
3. The Paradox: Stop Needing It
This sounds backwards but it's the most important part: the moment you NEED something, you repel it.
Think about it - when you already have something, you don't walk around desperate for it, right?
You don't stress about your next breath because breathing is guaranteed.
That's the state you need to get to with money.
Everything operates on frequency. Desperation, need, and anxiety vibrate at low frequencies - fear, scarcity, lack. Abundance, wealth, and success vibrate at high frequencies - peace, certainty, detachment.
Completely okay whether it comes or not. Not pretending - genuinely detached. No anxiety, no desperation, no "I NEED this or I'm screwed."
Because desperation makes you move wrong. It makes you take bad deals, make emotional decisions, and radiate an energy that pushes success away.
When you're detached?
When you're truly good either way?
Thats living in blissfulness.
Higher frequencies.
That's when you think clearly, move confidently, and ironically - that's when it shows up.
The gap between you and what you want closes the moment you collapse it by DETACHING.
---------
4. The Path Illuminates As You Walk It
Stop trying to figure out the entire roadmap. You don't need to know when it'll happen, how it'll happen, or what exact steps will get you there.
Here's why: The path Illuminates as you walk it.
I REPEAT!!! The path Illuminates as you walk it.
You can't see the opportunities coming until you're in motion. You can't predict who you'll meet next week that changes everything.
You can't plan for the random piece of information that becomes the missing puzzle piece.
Me personally and where I am today.. I couldn't have mapped it out 5 years ago. It was a series of unexpected encounters, random people I met that changed my next move, ideas I stumbled into, decisions that only made sense in hindsight.
Your job isn't to have a perfect plan.
Your job is to:
- Have unshakeable conviction it's coming
- Let go of controlling exactly how
- Start walking
The rest unfolds on its own.
The right people show up.
The right information finds you.
The doors open - but only after you start moving.
---------
5. Ask to Be Blessed
I started praying not just for guidance, but specifically asking God to bless me with wisdom, health & wealth.
Most people never directly ask God to bless them financially. They hint around it, feel guilty about it, or assume it's wrong to want it.
I asked.
Directly.
Daily.
Not from greed, but so I could be a vessel to bless others. So I knocked. And I kept knocking and today, I continue knocking, thanking, praying and asking.
---------
6. The Amazon Order Method
When you order something on Amazon, you click "buy" and then what? You go about your day.
You don't stress about whether it's actually coming.
You just... know it's on the way.
That's the exact energy you need with your goals.
I started treating my desires like Amazon orders:
- Be hyper-specific about what I want.
- Place the order mentally.
- Visualize it, declare it, ask for it
- Trust it's coming
- Forget about it and move on with my day
Just complete certainty that what I ordered is on its way, so I can focus on preparing for when it arrives.
The moment you place an Amazon order, you don't wonder IF it's coming - you wonder WHEN.
That's the shift. From "will this happen?" to "this is already done, just waiting for delivery."
Order placed. Now walk.
---------
7. Delusional Confidence (Not Arrogance)
I've been called delusional, arrogant, narcissist.
What they're really seeing is someone who has completely rewired their internal programming - someone who has flipped every single limiting "no" into an empowering "yes."
This isn't about putting people down or thinking you're better than anyone. This is about being so deeply convicted in what's coming that external circumstances can't touch you.
Most people's beliefs get shaken constantly.
That's because their conviction isn't rooted deep enough. Their subconscious still has too many "no's" telling them it might not work out.
You need to be so grounded - so irrationally confident - that nothing can shake you. Not failure. Not criticism. Not delays. Not people telling you it's impossible.
This is where that rewired brain comes in. When your RAS is filtering FOR success instead of against it, when your subconscious beliefs are all aligned with winning - you move differently. You think differently. You ARE different.
People will call it delusion.
Good. Stay delusional. Because that "delusion" is just unshakeable conviction that hasn't been proven right yet.
And it will be.
---------
8. Focus on What You'll DO With It, Not How to GET It
This is the cheat code most people miss entirely.
Stop obsessing over HOW you're going to make the money. Start living like you already have it.
I spent more time planning what I'd do with $5M than figuring out how to earn it:
Mapped out exact allocations (corporate structures, investments, family trusts, cash flow automations)
- Called wealth managers and set up accounts
- Researched properties I'd buy
- Planned out how I'd take care of my parents
- Decided which causes I'd support
I wasn't daydreaming. I was ACTING. Making real moves as if the money was already in my account and I just needed to deploy it.
Here's why this works: Your brain can't tell the difference between vividly imagined experience and real experience.
When you're genuinely planning allocations, talking to advisors, setting up infrastructure - your subconscious accepts it as reality.
Remember those "yes's" and "no's"?
You're programming more "yes's." You're telling your RAS: "This is real. This is happening. Illuminate the path."
Meanwhile, everyone else is stuck in "how do I get it?" mode - which keeps them focused on the LACK of it.
You're focused on HAVING it. Big difference.
T
he universe - God - reality - whatever you want to call it - has no choice but to catch up to the identity you're living as. Act like you have it. The money follows the identity.
---------
9. Be Hyperspecific
Most people are terrified to get specific.
They say vague things like "I want to be rich" or "I want a nice house" or "I want financial freedom."
Because deep down, they don't actually believe it's possible. Being vague protects their ego.
If you never specify exactly what you want, you can leave room to "want and get" more so you hold back OR you're not specific because then "failure" won't actually exist.
Vagueness is a defense mechanism.
It's your subconscious hedging its bets because those limiting "no's" are still there whispering "you can't actually have that."
Here's what you need to do instead: Get so specific it makes you uncomfortable.
Not just "a nice house" - what EXACT house?
What street?
What city?
How many bedrooms?
What does the kitchen look like?
What color are the walls?
What does it smell like when you walk in?
What does the backyard look like?
What cars are in the driveway?
Not just "I want to be wealthy" - what exact number?
In what accounts?
Which banks?
What investments?
What allocation percentages?
What credit cards are in your wallet?
What watch are you wearing?
The specificity forces your brain to accept it as REAL.
Vague goals stay in fantasy land. Specific goals become targets your RAS can actually lock onto and pursue.
"But what if I want something bigger later?"
Then you'll get that too. But you can't skip steps.
Get hyperspecific about the first milestone.
Achieve it. Then get specific about the next one.
Specificity = Clarity = Belief = Reality
Make it so detailed it almost hurts to imagine. That's when you know it's real enough for your subconscious to chase.
---------
10. The Physical World is Just a Reaction
Here's something most people never grasp:
Everything you see in the physical world - every car, building, phone, business - started as a thought in someone's mind first.
Newton's Third Law: For every action, there's an equal and opposite reaction.
The physical realm we live in IS the reaction.
The action happens in the mind.
Your current reality is just the materialization of past thoughts, beliefs, and actions. You can't change a reaction with another reaction - you can't fix your bank account by just staring at it or complaining about it.
You need to go back to the SOURCE: your thoughts.
Neuroscience backs this up. Your thoughts create neural pathways. Those pathways influence your beliefs. Your beliefs drive your actions. Your actions create your results. It's a chain reaction that starts in your mind.
As above, so below. As within, so without." - Hermetic principle
The external world is a mirror of your internal world.
What you see "out there" is a reflection of what's "in here." You're not trying to change the reflection in the mirror by touching the glass - you change what's standing in front of it.
Everything is energy first, matter second.
Thoughts are energy. When you hold a thought with enough conviction, clarity, and emotion, it HAS to manifest into physical form.
That's universal law.
The mental plane creates the physical plane.
Always has, always will.
If you want different results, stop trying to manipulate the 3D world. Go back to the source - your mind - and shift it there first.
The physical reality has no choice but to follow.
---------
11. The Identity Shift
Losing weight, getting rich, building a business - it's all the same mechanism. You have to BECOME that person in your mind first. The identity always comes before the result.
Dr. Maltz shows that self-image (how you see yourself) determines your performance and results.
Read the book Psycho-Cybernetics - he shows that people operate like guided missiles - you hit the target that matches your internal self-image, not your wishes.
If you see yourself as "someone trying to lose weight," you'll always be trying. If you see yourself as "an athlete," your brain automatically makes decisions that athletes make. The identity drives the behavior unconsciously.
Your RAS filters reality based on your identity. If you identify as broke, you won't even see opportunities for wealth - they're filtered out as "not for me."
"Assume the feeling of your wish fulfilled." Live in the end. Be the person who already has it NOW, and the 3D reality reshapes itself to match.
"All is mind, the universe is mental."
Your current identity creates your current reality.
Change the identity, and reality must follow.
Read the Kabbalah as well.
You don't "work toward" being fit - you ARE fit, and your body is just catching up.
You don't "try to get rich" - you ARE wealthy, and time is aligning the physical proof.
This isn't pretending.
This is reprogramming your operating system at the identity level.
When you become it mentally first - when you're delusional enough to live as that person NOW - time has no choice but to catch up.
---------
That's it, my Christmas gift to you.
