These days, I’m getting AI-generated calls for almost everything—policy expiries, loan-related matters, and other financial services. While AI may be improving efficiency, people are losing jobs in call centers.

Personally, I never want to convert a sale or make an important financial decision through an AI call. For anything related to my finances or policies, I still prefer speaking with a real human.

AI can automate conversations, but it can’t replace human trust.
