@olsonplanner Great piece, important right now in the ASC space. I have been in practice as an orthopedic surgeon 5 years, my primary ASCs is owned by surgery partners. When I scrutinized the books the investment made no sense and payback was at best 13 years, I chose not to invest.

@muellerberndt I have a theory called observational bias theory which I wrote 13 years ago and it’s much simpler than what you have tried to say but it unifies physics well and you are trying to get down a similar path. It just allows for 3 dimensions of time, everything else works out

This is a simple articular pattern, definitely fix this one. The mistake I see with this one most often is poor articular reduction. You can use scope as an adjunct but nothing beats a good approach. I use an extensile anterior approach. This one only needs a single plate but on the bad C3s I will use 2.
