@DerekMDtrade How does the AI tool help ensure the notes aren't non-individualized? I've heard that without careful use of prompts, that the notes will look extremely identical (which is understandably a problem).
@dtmcdevitt Thank you
I've been speaking with some physicians who are aiming to effectively use AI in note taking, to keep up with patient flow, while knowing that auditors are ALSO using AI to sift physician notes.
Learning how to prompt and how to guide the AI is becoming more important.

Michael knows what he's talking about in the realm of mortgages, particularly the physician mortgage.
A good follow, an even better mortgage banker.
Heads up if you took new federal student loans after July 1. Those may not get IBR, PAYE or ICR anymore. New options are RAP and a tiered standard plan (per the AMA). Your payment may change, so ask your lender how they'd count it. Terms may vary by lender.
This might sound nuts.
But I'm beginning to think that physicians in many (maybe not all) specialties MUST learn how to skillfully use AI if they want to have a successful career.
It's an efficiency arms race.
@JohnSin77034530 I've been told that on the audit side, they're using AI as well. So just letting AI run the notes without restraint could be problematic from an audit perspective too.
Learning to use this tool is tricky!
Hard to believe how much has changed with the student loan landscape over the past 7 years.
If you were here in 2020 and we talked about student loans at that time, say hello would ya?
