@Mkcharles0803 @cenbank Very correct, today majority of banks atm did not dispense Cash on my way from iganmu to Ojo. All the banks in LASU didnt dispense Cash through their ATM, only on counter. @cenbank monetary policy execution causing pain ob average nigeria which is quite abnormal.
