@dominos_india Tdy i ordered pizza from OMR, Perungudi, Chennai Domino's outlet through Swiggy app. The estimated delivery time was 30 mins. But the order got delivered only after 90 mins. There was no way to contact the outlet/delivery person as number provided wasn't reachable

There was no proper follow up after delivery as well. Got a formal call after 2 hours checking the status of delivery. I am a regular patron of Domino's. But this is the last time I am ordering one with Domino's. You have lost a loyal customer. Period.

After contacting customer care, after a long wait through IVR , I got in touch with an executive and the response was to wait for another 15 mins. I had a journey planned. Didn't get the pizza delivered before my departure. Really fed up with this kind of service.
