@EmiratesSupport I have been trying to get in touch with someone in support for 4 days to understand my options after my flight on 28th to CMB from DXB cancelled. Now I cannot see the flight info nor reach anyone via phone/chat or DM. Urgent help needed!!!

I was supposed to travel on 28th to Colombo when sudden airspace closure hit us. I’m still stuck in Dubai with no information on any updates. Both call center and chat are not responding.
