Paying for SuperGrok Heavy (~$300/mo) and still locked out of Grok Bot for days after the Grok Bot Galaxy finale.

We got an official email promising an afternoon usage reset for existing users. Mine never landed. Usage was already exhausted from about 15–16 Sep. I sat dead until the normal weekly reset.

Today weekly usage is fine again (~1%). I don’t need a reset today.
What I need:
1) Investigate / credit the missed Galaxy existing-user reset, plus goodwill for those Heavy days offline
2) A clear user-triggered reset button after a weekly pool is finished, not “wait for the calendar”

Reliability on a paid Heavy plan shouldn’t feel like this.
