I have been facing Internet issues from yesterday for my AirFiber WIFI connection.
I tired to raise a complaint but couldn’t do.
Can you kindly raise a complaint and fix the issue ASAP?
@airtelindia I have paid for my Fiber connection and your agents promised as same day installation but more than 24hrs completed but none is responding and calling for installation.
Till payment you guys telling all lies to customers after payment is over, no response at all.

Zepto is scamming the customers by sending spoiled and expired milk packets and if you ask them about it they will blame you in reverse and you only spoiled it with their template messages.
What a pathetic service. Don’t order anything from Zepto.

I clearly mentioned it was delivered like that only, I opened instantly and inside packet itself it is spoiled completely.
You sent itself already spoiled milk packets only. There is a clear evident.

I have ordered 3 packets milk and you delivered spoiled milk. After delivery we opend immediately and it was spoiled already due to storage issue. I even raised ticket and mailed instantly.
Kindly process refund for those spoiled milk packets.

First of all, you’re not allowing customers to cancel the ticket even within the cancellation period. Your cancellation button itself will not work always.
Later doing these kind of scam and cheating things to customers.
