@bitsplaining @platocrat 1/2 It's a simple custodial bridge that has a server sign the state from other blockchains (technically - working just as an oracle).
In theory, it's possible to make a non-custodial bridge between Arbitrum and Optimism - but would require:
- 7 day wait to withdraw from Arbitrum
