Confirmation from multiple Halo Studios employees confirms that Project Eker is no longer in development.

Halo Studios was developing Project Eker, but then sometime last summer, developers from the 'Project Eker' development team were moved to the 'Combat Evolved' development team because they were facing major development problems, and then sometime after that, Eker was cancelled.
