Back in the ICU. ❤️🩺
My mother's condition worsened suddenly. We are by her side.
The journey is longer and harder than we imagined. The financial need is greater than ever.
If you can help, now is the time.
#ALS#ICUUpdate
My mother turned 68 today.
In the quiet celebration at home, surrounded by love, we honored more than her birth. We honored her resilience, her courage in the face of ALS, and every single day she continues to fight.
This birthday is a gift made possible by care, community, and unwavering hope. Thank you for helping us hold that hope.

A Final Act of Love for the Woman Who Gave Me Everything
I purchased Twitter Premium today for one reason: to tell you the full story of my mother, my hero.
In 1997, I lost my father. From that day forward, my mother shouldered the world alone. She worked tirelessly, sacrificed endlessly, and loved me unconditionally, raising me single-handedly. She is the reason I am the person I am today. She is my foundation.
When she was diagnosed with ALS, a cruel disease that wastes away the body, there was no question in my mind. I quit my career two years ago to become her full-time caregiver. It was a small, insufficient repayment for a lifetime of her love. It has been my greatest honor to care for her as she once cared for me.
Now, our world has been shattered again. A severe lung infection has landed her in the hospital. The muscle wasting from the ALS has her in agonizing, relentless pain in all four limbs. She hasn't slept a single night in 14 days. Watching the strongest person I have ever known be brought to her knees by this pain is a heartbreak I cannot describe.
For two years, I have been by her side with no income, relying on our savings. Now, those are exhausted. The medical bills for her hospital stay, her specialized care, and the equipment she needs for any semblance of comfort are piling up and are completely overwhelming.
So today, I am swallowing my pride and following her example of doing whatever it takes. I am humbly asking for your help.
Any donation you can make will go directly to her medical expenses. It will fund the care that might finally bring her relief from the pain and allow her to rest. It will help me ensure her comfort and dignity in this fight.
I am not just asking for a donation. I am asking you to help me honor my mother's legacy. To help me give back to the woman who gave me everything.
Thank you for reading our story. From the bottom of my heart, thank you for any support you can offer whether it's a donation, a share, or a simple prayer.

💖 A Farewell to a Guiding Light 💖
It is with a heavy heart that we see you go. There were, and are, so few genuine souls in the crypto world, and you were truly one of the very best(a beacon of integrity in a turbulent space).
Your wisdom and humanity will be missed profoundly.
While a part of us grieves this departure, our joy for the future is boundless.
We are genuinely thrilled for the people whose lives you are about to touch and transform in your next endeavors. They are inheriting a true visionary.
All the very best, sir.
May your next chapter be as impactful as the last.
Crypto will miss you badly.
retired hitesh.eth.. thanks for all love I got from you.
I’ve no plan to share any crypto content so you could unfollow.
You could stay if you are interested to keep in touch with my spiritual/writing/filmmaking/service exploration.
I will use this account as a journal.
As we care for Maa at home, our family has become all too familiar with these symptoms. ALS is more than muscle weakness, it's a full-system battle affecting speech, swallowing, mental health, and breath.
We are endlessly grateful to this community for your support, which helps us face each challenge. Today, we hope that by sharing this, we can help others recognize this disease earlier and extend empathy to all who are fighting.
Knowledge is the first step toward compassion. 🙏

Update: My mother is home from the hospital.
By the grace of Thakur Ji, the acute crisis has passed, but the chronic battle with ALS rages on. Her pain and care needs remain a 24/7 reality.

She’s so restless with pain, she needs repositioning every 5 minutes. She can’t lie in one position for more than 5 minutes
Need your prayers and support
