So @hotstartweets decides to arbitrarily add some "smart" location checks and decides if the DNS server (not the ISP or the client IP address) is outside India, the customer should not have access to the content.
Note that this is not a problem with any of the other streaming services. So essentially, @hotstartweets has botched up its VPN check and blaming the customer for it. Well played.
