@AvantiWestCoast I have checked and the next train is not for significant time as it misses 2 trains (transpennine train will also be before) so would be anorther hour. Request stops are a thing and would mitigate the impact. Only adding a few minutes to the service. Please talk to control.

@AvantiWestCoast I am on 0930 from Euston with a change at Preston for the Avanti train to Oxenholme which is now running ahead of this. Could Oxenholme be added as a stop on this service for those that miss thier connection?

@CrossCountryUK my daughter is going from Redruth to BNS and the 1143 was cancelled. She is on 1128 to Paddington what are her options, is there anything from Plymouth hung to BNS.

@Argos_Online Hi the staff tried hard to find a workaround, will any be provided to staff so customers can collect goods? The reason I chose Argos for this order was because it was immediately available for collection on your site.

@northernassist Hi a freind who suffers with anxietyhad one train cancelled part way at Skipton and is sat on the following train 172u at Skipton and train staff are not providing any updates just saying delayed. If this train does not move can you provide transport (taxi) to Garsdale?

@nationalrailenq Passengers on the train so not sure how you cancel it? Is there an expected time for line to reopen? Will they reverse train to Lockerbie to detrain and put on busses? Or should they just expect to spend the night? Just want to know the plan.

@AvantiWestCoast my disabled fried was just told due to their train being cancelled from Oxenholme they would need to buy a new ticket for £70. They are beading to Borth and have multiple connections. Can you confirm they can take any reasonable route?
