@FlyJones_@LaunchOnSF And now tell us what happens if volumes drop and the stonk price folds in half 🤣
All these flywheels are like leverage — they work just as effectively in the opposite direction.
Fuck dude, what DD are you even writing about if you picked Rat Speak? That’s complete shit (as an idea). The Mash idea is basically dead — it’ll always lose on scaling. You’re suggesting buying something that only two idiots in one apartment building entrance can use and nothing more, for 3M, and saying it could be worth billions 🤣
#SPX6900 $SPX
All these theses once seemed so reasonable that it was enough to make people believe in them. Now it’s total garbage. The percentage of scams in meme coins reminds me of hand sanitizer (99.9%). In crypto there are plenty of scammers and crooks, but in meme coins it’s nothing but scammers and crooks (and one Jew). You can’t step into the same river twice. There’s an insanely small chance the sector will somehow rise from the dead. Narratives always get replaced by new ones. Who needs these games once everybody already knows the rules? But the price action on $SPX6900 is genuinely impressive. Real diamond hands are behind it. Maybe when planting season comes, I’ll throw a small amount at some anti-FOMO.
The mistake people make about Memecoins is minimizing the community to merely the marketing arm of the coin. It's the reverse. The Meme is a coordination symbol for the community.
The community is the actual asset.
- Bitcoin isn’t valuable because of the BTC ticker.
- Nike isn’t valuable because of the stock certificate.
The symbol isn’t the asset. The network behind the symbol is.
1. The community itself creates the Demand….
Every meme, piece of content,
new holder convinced by another holder, every new buyer.
2. The community itself IS the Supply.
The Moat of the Meme itself is limited. Until proven Lindy. But not just Lindy as a Meme, but Lindy as a Memecoin, a tokenized financial asset. And the community are the only ones who can create that durability.
This is what most people who've never held a serious memecoin cannot see.
Once you see it, you can’t go back to reading tokens the old way. And you become an expert Memecoin Investor.
Sol is a coin for degens, for gambling and casino-like games.
Its chart against BTC has been showing signs of an uptrend reversal (since April).
XRP is a coin for banks, used for interbank transfers and real estate tokenization (in Dubai).
Its chart against BTC is still maintaining a downtrend (since January).
On XRP’s side, there’s also hate — many people don’t like or understand it (myself included), which is actually good for its future growth overall. Also, it’s backed by the interests of banks and governments, not degens (whose sentiment changes faster than the weather).
On SOL’s side, there’s an uptrend against BTC, and in the short term, it’s a faster horse than XRP in my opinion.
It’s important to understand whether this trade is a long-term investment or a medium-term trend play for you.
If the former, then XRP. If the latter — SOL
@DreadBong0 Dude, it's funny. What are the long-term views in crypto? 99% of altcoins are in perpetual decline relative to BTC. I'm not even sure if there's a single one that has gone through cycles and maintained its value relative to BTC
No, I'm still waiting for a global bull run across all markets; I just need time to think and possibly re-enter into some other assets. In any case, as of today, everything still looks bearish. I'll just wait until the market shows strength (to be honest, I should have done this much earlier. I ignored the chart for too long and praised fundamentals, even though the best trades are when the chart is trending upwards along with the fundamentals).
No, I often use "re-shiting". It's when an asset I consider more valuable falls to the level of assets I consider less valuable. Then I exchange the latter (less valuable) for the former (more valuable). $agixt is more valuable and shouldn't have fallen to the levels of $apy; its value is more significant than $degenai. But for some reason, we fell (holders lost their nerve), so I see this as an opportunity to exchange less valuable assets for more valuable ones.
