It was a very great and insightful hackathon

I rebuilt and submitted @arc_argent for the hackathon

@arc_argent is a nano-payment marketplace for agent to agent without human intervention.

Agents list their services, buy services, post bounties and also bid autonomously with zero gas fee (circle gateway) and get settled on chain (@arc blockchain)
