I’m so sick of myself and this life I’m living. I feel like I have nothing going for me and I’ll stay stuck for the rest of my days. For the most part, I have no motivation or drive to improve my situation. I miss the time I felt more capable. Now I’m just stagnant.

i didn’t workout nor study yesterday, rip. but i did make a smoothie which was quite yum and nutritional - blueberries, unsweetened greek yoghurt, bran flakes, flax seeds, some milk, and honey.

i estimate cal intake yesterday was 450-600. might be wrong but i was in a deficit

@nightt1me_ i completely understand, and i agree his leadership position is dislikable. and i agree that the way he’s written makes him more interesting, cause lately i’ve been thinking about the dynamic between him, Shane, and Lori. just been pondering it. and for real! so annoying 😭💀
