Let's talk about job's in FTH.

Whether you are playing as a social insect or as a "lone"species. You will have jobs that you need to fulfill (all the while also working hard to stay alive - I know right, work all week and want a break only to have a 9-5 in your game too? )

There are a multitude of jobs available, such as gathering resources, patrolling areas, scouting, leading raids, collecting the dead, capturing a new base and more!

Jobs serve as a way to build relationship with your colony/hive/family members. In turn allowing you to progress through the ranks, and helping you grow your numbers of loyal friends who can you into battle or help you in that last ditch defense.

You can also exchange your services for valuable resources which help you in game too such as food, water, items, upgrades and more.

Beware though, if you accept a job and don't perform or even worse abandon your duties.... relations can go the other way... Frenemies?

You will be able to establish new colonies by exploring the many many dungeons and additional areas across the map.
