@Dashen1on1@whatevalyn@MizoChris Nothing I said has changed, we have Steam Deck games that have those limitations and every Deck Verified game is also Machine Verified, there would be a conflict if the minimum requirement on Machine verification is 60fps
@KurouPS4@OCASMv2@deathink Steam does pre-date GFWL that is true, however Steam back then was a very niche option and wasn't even a dent in the PC market, GFWL on the otherhand was intended as the flagship way Microsoft intended PC gamers to game on Vista and later
@BandogAwacs@TimSweeneyEpic I think it's too late at this point, it's clear to the consumer that they don't want to actually compete in the market, the audience has told him over and over for 7 years why they don't like the EGS and its received no real improvement since
@CainGodTier@S_AhsanRaza@TheIshikawaRin@TimSweeneyEpic The reality is that they would be making so much more money if they just released it on Steam, the majority of the PC user base hates the Epic Games Store and nothing will get them to use it, they're lucky if people even claim the free games today
@DankLordNeato@BringBackBanjoK It's 100% accessibility, some small amount of people were going to pirate it anyway but for me if the game as intended isn't available then piracy is the only option.
For example Kingdom Hearts III wasn't on Steam so I pirated but then when it released on Steam I bought it day 1
