@PassportCan @j2hanson I called to transfer my file to a location last week and no call yet. my kids previous passports were left at the office when applying. Can I still apply for urgent services without the old passports? Do I still put the old passport number in section 3 or do I leave it blank?

@PassportCan I applied for my kids passports in April 6th at a Service Canada office. We leave on July 3rd how do I request for expedite service? Do I just show up to Passport Canada? And pay extra?
