Hip is actually better.

The caveat with a hidden roof is that it has to be done properly to prevent leakages. You must consider things like waterproofing, slope and providing enough gutter offset to drain the water properly.

And when leakages occur, you have to start breaking the walls to fix them, especially when the drain pipes are embedded in the walls like this.

A property that was sold in an estate where I observed my Jummu’ah prayers had a hidden roof, and the buyer converted it to hip. There are already stains on the upper walls due to rain, debris, and dust, which calls for yearly painting and maintenance.

I prefer this roofing style to that tall Hip roof everyone is doing. Leaks can be mended easily.

I just got a @Lebara_Nigeria eSIM without stepping out of the house and it took me less than 5 minutes to set and it cost just 1k , and the 1k was credited back as data and airtime bonus

Mtn, Glo, Airtel, see your mates o, shame on you, imagine in 2026 one still need to come to your office to be able to do an eSIM or even when that need to transfer the sim to another phone they will come to your office when you should allow them generate a barcode from the app and sigh up also
