@flagstar Urgent! My seller/client has been waiting for a payoff since June 11th. Today is the last day buyer is willing to wait to close on this house. Your company has been giving the attorneys messages that it is in process, or will be sent by and yet no payoff.

As I mentioned this is URGENT.

@flagstar The Attorneys office just got off the phone with your Bank and again is getting the run around and mis information from them. It does not seem that your employees know what is or isn't happening with this case.

Your company needs to respond to the attorneys office in the DM.
This is completely unacceptable.
My seller/client's last day to close is today or the buyer is going to terminate the purchase contract.
26 days to get a payoff is ridiculous
