@moseskagan Very pessimistic that design agents will be able to generate complete unique design and will fall into narrow patterns of "optimal form" and or rehash existing design. I don't think we are anywhere close to having AI agents replace human designers.

I've spent a considerable amount of time in Paris and the thing that has struck me, is just how much lower cost of living is overall in France compared to the US. Apartments, mortgages, car, cell phone bills, everything is cheaper, but all of the salaries are also lower (not just construction workers). I think this has to be looked at proportionally not just 1 to 1.

@ScottChoppin Hi Scott, looking forward to the call today. I had a general question about how you develop confidence in your early estimates. i.e. Rent estimates, operational cost, construction cost. Do you rely on past precedent mostly or you have trusted sources of data that you draw from.

@moseskagan @CohenSite Water retention should be built into the city infrastructure not directly into the architecture. The architecture should channel the water toward this infrastructure which can double as public green space. Larger system approach would yield better results.
