Well, this blew my mind.
What an amazing visual representation of progress.
Stability, calculation, and courage to push the envelope are showing here.
While we might not all really get to drive this, I can see it being used in movies and for new stunt driving.
We could literally make track mania a real thing @elonmusk I think you could build tracks and run these cars for them. What do you think?
Making my prediction for the Tesla Roadster now.
The fully acrobatic model with jets will cost over 500k, and less than 2,000 will ever be made and actually delivered for use. Ever. I’d put it closer to 1,000 really.
Now, for the base model the numbers change. 50k isn’t too bad for a premium vehicle. Also, you can imagine most of us who do get one eventually will be able to imagine that we have jet thrusters.
The middle line trim with only jet thrust in the rear is 250k, much more manageable for production yet still, total production and delivery will be small, less than 50,000 total ever.
The wildcard here could be some type of new sports created with the rise of the AGI era. I’ve always wanted something like “track mania” or ”rocket league” to exist.
Imagine a stunt license as a way to get into participating and actually getting to use one of these in a practical environment. Not for everyone still.
Even with the 50$ a month plan, most of my authentic posts see less than 50 views.
If I weave trending tech lingo in my writing, hundreds of views… but what those words are matter, and change the context of what I’m trying to say.
The algorithm prefers hype style wording, not prediction or authentic addition to the narrative.
Interesting as always. Still love Grok.

@elonmusk Yes, and coming extreme gas prices and lack of gas actually is going to show a lot of people that they should’ve thought about the transition earlier. Going to be hard to get a new Tesla for a couple of years.
Roadster is an object that represents the future. It’s not something you’re most likely ever going to drive.
It’s supposed to get you excited about POSSIBILITIES.
@NiohBerg I mean did you need to make such a statement lol.
Its progress is what it is. But mostly, it’s the result of private investment behind the dream of Musk.
Many dreamers lead to the inventions he uses to make the cars today.
@gailcweiner What’s great is they don’t understand the second order of effects of the AI world they are creating.
It will be theirs for a short time and then everybody’s.
@Kalshi You mean somebody who stole inventions and used them for themselves? I admire musk, but I would like to see him show more credit for the actual engineering teams that make what his dreams are possible.
