@farmerjim13 Ours are the older version, not super helpful I suppose. But seed tube module works. Have to think it’s likely the same. Ag leader on JD here
Selling calves 1/30/26 in Ft Pierre. Big load of steers usually weigh~750, small ~670. Still a nice load of heifers as well. Package deal of CharX, as well as smaller calves.
Full vacc program. Weaned 75 days.
Hope you take a look, DM with any ?’s.
Thanks!
By far the best calf shelters we’ve found so far. Easy for cow and calf to see each other, move with your loader tractor. Plus they double as a windbreak on a day like today.
@tpotwilson By far the best we’ve found, calves use them quick. Mom likes it because she can smell calf right there. Pipe across middle section and on top to pick up with loader bucket
@bl_ag_inc The thing that the multiple small unit proponents have overlooked imo is that the cost for the tech to run this won’t be significantly higher on a 4WD and DB90 as it would a 6R and 6 row. Multiple units will make that price tag higher
@mbacowboy Of course, throw in a few regional differences and it’s clear as mud. Would there happen to be a recording of one of your presentations a guy could watch/listen to?
@Doug_Severson#shortearszn watched someone pull 2 shorteared ones off a load of 855’s in kimball today. Guessing they can’t hear a feed wagon or something like that
@_TheMizzouTiger@speerman42@bl_ag_inc@MattNCOK Most guys in this part of the world haven’t gotten to where they have without having a fair jag of built in equity to withstand a tough year or two.
@_TheMizzouTiger@speerman42@bl_ag_inc@MattNCOK Correct, a more realistic comparison would be the guy in Iowa that owns the home 1/4 is all. If he rents enough to farm full time a bad year or 3 will wipe him out as well.
