BREAKING: Biden's Justice Department racks up a massive win by arresting a top Mexican drug cartel leader who faked his own death and has been living in California under a fake name.

This destroys the MAGA lie that Democrats are soft on the cartels...

"The Jalisco Cartel — one of the world’s most violent and prolific drug trafficking organizations — is weaker today because of the tenacious efforts of law enforcement to track down and arrest a cartel leader who allegedly faked his own death and assumed a false identity to evade justice and live a life of luxury in California," said Deputy Attorney General Lisa Monaco.

Cristian Fernando Gutierrez-Ochoa, the cartel figure in question, is a member of the incredibly violent Cártel de Jalisco Nueva Generación and is the son-in-law of the organization's leader El Mencho.

He was living in a luxury apartment in Riverside, California and was arrested earlier this month. He has been charged with international drug trafficking as well as money laundering.

According to prosecutors, Gutierrez-Ochoa masterminded the transportation and distribution of some 40,000 kilograms of meth and 2,000 kilograms of cocaine into the United States. He also allegedly kidnapped members of the Mexican Navy.

This is the crucial work that the Department of Justice does. Meanwhile, Donald Trump wanted to put an alleged child sex trafficker in charge of it — and will likely select someone even worse now that Matt Gaetz has withdrawn.

I am not posting this for your condolences.

I was born in Queens, NY and our family knew Trump’s family. The conning, the scheming, the bankruptcies, the lawsuits, the racism, the antisemitism, the lies, the bigotry, the entitlement, etc ad nauseam.

And then my dad died from Covid because of Trump’s mishandling of the pandemic. ALONE! My first best friend and was until he passed. We lived a stone’s throw away from one another. The kindest, most empathetic and loving man died — ALONE! — And then so many denied it was true. So many claimed he was replaceable. So many said it was Gd’s will. And then my personal grief turned into trauma because of the insanity that surrounded the pandemic spewing from the right. We buried my dad at a small service wearing masks and tears.

Again, I don’t want your condolences. I want you to save US from Trump.

Cast your vote for Kamala Harris in your pajamalas tomorrow. My dad so would have done that and he would have thanked each one of you personally. Peace, love, vote blue
