Washington Monument (G) = Swastika, for those that truly know! From the owl’s perspective of faculty & philosophy, this monument serves as the focal point, designated as the letter “G” within the square and compass. However, this aspect is often overlooked.

The swastika in its polar value has the same meaning of the yin and yang symbol of the Chinese tradition, and of other traditional symbols of the working of the universe, including the letters Г (gamma) and G, symbolizing the Great Architect of the Universe of Freemasonic thought.

The swastika has also appeared in most other ancient cultures of the world. For example, the counterclockwise variant of it, adopted by the Nazis, is also the letter "G" in the medieval Northern European Runic Script. The Freemasons took the letter as an important symbol, since "G" could stand for God, the Great Architect of the Universe, or Geometry.

The swastika is also a traditional symbol of the Old Norse God of Thunder and Might (Scandinavian Thor, German Donner, Baltic Perkunas). Because of this association with the God of Thunder, the Latvians and Finnish both took the swastika as the insignia for their air forces when they gained independence after the First World War.

The 33° isn’t just a standalone ritual, it’s the deliberate apex that turns the whole Rite into a sovereign order with a long term “Enterprise.”

The original 1802 - 33° wasn't just "the highest degree" it was the creation of a supreme sovereign council with a regulated, long-term plan to restore Templar power against the Knights of Malta when the time was right.

The lower degrees build the symbolic, biblical, and chivalric foundation; the 33° then reveals the Supreme Council as the sovereign governing body that regulates and directs everything above the 17TH DEGREE, especially the militant Templar-revenge themes from Kadosh / Prince of the Royal Secret. (Royal Secret = Equilibrium in the realm of matter)

The degree establishes the Supreme Council of the 33rd as the absolute sovereign governing body of the entire Scottish Rite (everything from the 17TH DEGREE up). Created by Frederick the Great of Prussia (who is literally the central figurehead of the ritual), it was designed to:

🔷 Regulate the explosive vengeance oath from the 30th degree (Knight of Kadosh / White & Black Eagle). In Kadosh, members swore enmity against the Knights of Malta (Hospitallers), who received the Templars' lands and wealth after King Philip the Fair and Pope Clement V suppressed and massacred the Knights Templar in 1307–1312.

🔷 Channel that zeal into a long-term strategic "Enterprise." 🔷 The history lecture openly discusses the need to control premature zeal while preparing for eventual organized action. It's chivalric, militant, and framed as justice for centuries of "unprovoked cruelties."
