The best traders are very fluid
You could have had an idea yesterday, thats no longer valid today or whatever time frame. But ultimately, you aren't married to any idea or position. Whether you are trading eth, or wheat futures. All that matters is your pnl. They are really just tickers to trade with changing narratives, rotations, and liquidity. Sometimes people get on a trend late and still make more than someone who was early. People are wrong all the time, but the best learn to correct it quick and admit that. More often than not marrying a ticker comes with many big costs whether emotional, or financially.
All that matters is what you make, and keep, and that we get paid for the risk we take. See so many people crap on people who had an idea one week, and then the opposite week their opinion changed as new information came in. That's exactly how you are suppose to be. fluid
At this point there is no safe way to store your crypto
The best would be to cash any profit out, literally cash, buy gold and silver, put in in a physical vault and enjoy
Tell nobody you did this and you should be 90% safer than wit his crap we have to deal every day
After a full month of on-chain shenanigans, these are my conclusions (opinions):
1. On-chain trenchers are not traders, this is like a slots enthusiast comparing themselves to poker players
2. Barring illegal activites, on-chain trading is harder but zero-to-hero is significantly more likely
3. Trading on CEXs is easier (risk of ruin is much more obvious) but generally takes longer
4. These platforms are not mutually exclusive and should be viewed as different opportunities for people with the capital to allocate towards them
5. More than half the top 100 leaderboards for fomo are scammers. P&D groups on telegram, bundling, copy trader killers and genuinely, I would just say they're dumb (which is a super power when it comes to memes)

[SECURITY NOTICE] Bitget Hot Wallet Incident — September 24, 2026
At 18:31 UTC on September 24, 2026, Bitget's security systems detected unauthorized transfers from some of our hot wallets. Our security team activated emergency response protocols immediately.
What we have confirmed:
-Estimated funds affected: approximately $351.6 million
-Cold wallets remain fully secure. Bitget operates a three-tier wallet architecture — the breach contained only a portion of the hot wallet and warm wallet layers.
-User funds are safe. The full amount of this loss falls within the coverage of Bitget's User Protection Fund, which currently holds over $464 million
Actions we have taken:
-Emergency response team activated within minutes of detection
-Abnormal transfer addresses identified, flagged, and reported
-Withdrawals temporarily suspended as a precautionary measure, pending security review
-Law enforcement and on-chain security firms have been formally notified and are engaged
What this means for you:
-Your account balances are accurate and your assets are protected
-Deposits and trading remain fully operational
Withdrawals are temporarily paused and will be restored as soon as the security review is complete
-What comes next: We will provide updates on an hourly basis across this channel and all official platforms. A full incident report — including root cause analysis and corrective actions — will be published within 24 hours. We will not speculate on the attack vector until the investigation is complete.
Bitget has navigated multiple market cycles. We will not run from this. Every dollar and every decision will be accounted for, transparently and in full.
Updates will be posted here and across all official Bitget channels as they become available.

Scammers found a way to make people drain their own wallets without sending them a phishing link.
They uploaded YouTube tutorials showing people how to build an AI crypto trading bot with Claude.
People followed the tutorial themselves.
Copied the code.
Deployed the smart contract themselves.
Funded it from their own wallets.
And approved every transaction themselves.
Except the “trading bot” had no trading logic.
It was built to send their ETH straight to the scammers.
224 wallets lost 274.6 ETH, worth about $517,000 when it was stolen.
The median victim lost 1 ETH.
Some victims even got an error after getting drained telling them to deposit another 50% to fix the bot.
They literally got people to build, fund and approve their own wallet drainer.
You've got to be very careful this days
The people I know who've never been scammed in crypto all pretty much have these habits:
1. They use a separate laptop or phone to interact with crypto sites
2. They don't keep all their tokens in one wallet (or on multiple wallets with the same seedphrase)
3. They have stronger security for their most valuable wallets than their day to day trading wallets
Often, that's using hardware wallets or it's multisig/MPC wallets
4. They bookmark their favorite crypto sites instead of relying on Google to find them
5. They never trust an email or DM. They go directly to the source when they need to do something, not externally presented links
6. They revoke their approvals on EVM chains using tools like Revoke Cash or Etherscan
6. They do their own research on protocols and don't blindly deposit funds into untested protocols
7. They double check the addresses they send to, and don't copy/paste wallet addresses from Blockscanners
FINALLY, 8. they take their time when transacting and do it when they're at their best.
They don't rush, or transact while drinking, or under the influence of drugs or when they're tired.
Staying safe in crypto doesn't have to be complicated. You just have to be consistent and do what works.
here's the argument some ai lab employees are making
- they genuinely believe what they're working on might kill everyone
- they continue to work on it because if this thing gets built it should be by responsible people like them
- the reason they do money things like selling enterprise deals and IPOing is solely to fund this effort
if this is all true then why is employee equity a thing? if you want to tell this story of being terrified of what you're building it doesn't work when there's a clear profit motive
it's particularly weird when people vest and then leave and write a tirade about how these companies are bringing the end of everything
if you want to act like this is the manhattan project, those scientists didn't have equity in something that gives them generational wealth
you don't get to say something bad is happening while profiting off it and also being seen as the good guy. one of these has to go
The Holy Trinity is dead. Sadly due to the Orchard Pool exploit, I had to dump our entire $ZEC bag.
- While I think it's extremely unlikely of any minting, it cannot be formally cryptographically proved impossible
- The privacy from AI, govt, big tech narrative demands perfection not improbability
- I read about the exploit yday, and didn't appreciate how it violated my narrative mental map. The 30% dump, made me rethink, and I had to take profit on the entire position
- We will consistently re-evaluate our thinking and if my assumptions are proven incorrect, will rebuy, hopefully at lower prices.
- Privacy is priceless and I have no issue eating humble pie and rebuying much higher.
We still hold $WLD and are excited for Lord Elon to pump our bags.
Introducing getTransfersByAddress
A new Helius RPC method that returns parsed token and SOL transfer history for any wallet in 1 call
- Filter by mint, amt, time, direction, counterparty
- Cover token-2022 fees, wSOL wrap/unwrap event edge cases
- Cursor pagination, 100/call
pretty crazy if true
tl:dr - hackers casually gained trust via irl conference meet, setup tg channel and became a customer, started building integrations over 6 months and then got one person with a testflight link to show off what they built
Earlier today, a malicious actor gained unauthorized access to Drift Protocol through a novel attack involving durable nonces, resulting in a rapid takeover of Drift’s Security Council administrative powers.
This was a highly sophisticated operation that appears to have involved multi-week preparation and staged execution, including the use of durable nonce accounts to pre-sign transactions that delayed execution.
The table to remember for Memescope Monday.
I analyzed the top KOLscan traders:
> 8 out of 15 KOLs never hold a token above 1M
> Most of them sell the majority of tokens below 15K MC
They say the trenches are dying because no one has conviction.

It's time I finally say my take on this PVP situation.
What we're witnessing in recent weeks is total ignorance from current market participants, and let me be clear on what this means.
> You should trench, sell, stack profits, rinse low caps, sure. I'm fine with that; I do it as well.
> You should also be aware that current conditions and participants are VERY DIFFERENT from the ones 6 months ago:
1) The main characters of today - and I love most of these guys - dominate the low cap space. And this means, the more tokens appear there, the more they make. The more they make, the bigger they get. The bigger they get, the more the scalping mindset spreads.
2) So, the goal becomes: how can I keep increasing activity in this market cap range? I vamp it with a new logo, with a new name, with a new fee split structure; on a new launchpad; with the owner onboard, etc. How do I get away with it? I blame it on Pump.
-- And let me interrupt here to mention that I vamped tokens with these assumptions as well; I'm no saint. I am just educated enough to understand the underlying reasons --
And if you are questioning whether I am right or wrong, I will give you 2 prime examples:
1) I saw a 60k follower account, two days ago, posting how Pump made the Mayhem bot to extract 8M from the trenches. This is the same as saying that Pump made a technology that no one else in the world could do: a self-trading bot that made 8M in profit (lmao). Sure, on top of it being a billion dollar revenue company (they really need 8M).
2) Old bagworking KOLs dming me (yesterday) to take initials on generational coins like $Punch or $TripleT . Guys who used to bagwork with me now call it a W at 3-4M. -> this is a bottom signal btw.
Why is this important?
You cannot mimic top trenchers. You can make money trenching, sure. But you cannot mimic them. You gotta understand that trenching is the same as playing a game. Just because you like Call of Duty, doesn't mean you can play ranked or you'll be good at it. that
So, 99% of the people who view these streams, they will lose. And because they don't understand/cannot see it's a lack of skill, they will spread whatever reason current participants feed them; in this case, "f*ck these launchpads". And they'll go back to vamping it and making sure they can deploy as many versions of this as possible.
Where do we go from here?
These people who joined, they've never seen 7-fig pnls. The only one they've seen is prob Remus, who, by the way, decided to FUD current runners recently for some reason. But that gave a glimpse of hope.
And this is understandable, SOL at 80-90, biggest narrative worldwide at 12M.
I understand you. But please stay educated. Stay humble. You've got to understand that we're not in a full-on bull market. But these huge runners will NEVER leave us. I don't care what game you play (sizing, trenching, whatever), as long as you remain educated.
Oh, and by the way, 99% of the suggestions like "block these tokens from being deployed", they CANNOT be implemented. Legit, tech-wise, it CANNOT be done on the SOL blockchain. Please educate yourselves.
Shoutout to both trenchers and size players that play their game without fudding or spreading fake narras. I recently came across this very good trencher @redemptionjizzy , who absolutely dominates the trenches, but somehow is sizing amazing memes like $Punch and $TripleT , and keeping the dream alive. I also try to do both, whenever I can.
Man, I've been going for too long.
Stay humble.
