tbf tho, we sign players from this area (derby, notts county, forest, both sheff teams, barnsley, rotherham)

but a lot of our players played for them previously, like maris oates and roberts played for other teams after barnsley when we signed them

@mtfcH__ @joelmarriott06 @TYRONINETEEN i don't understand how we can play 4231 without pacey players who can play on the wings. i suppose if we got irow then oates and irow could play on the wings but i personally think someone like Roberts would be wasted on the wing

@joelmarriott06 @TYRONINETEEN @mtfcH__ i deffo prefer the diamond than 352 with the players we have now, we seem so predictable in the 352 whereas as when we played the diamond it was harder for teams to pick players up/decifer what our playstyle was.
