I was among very few ppl who were first to say BJP was struggling-- while most savarna media/observers expected a BJP landslide win

As it stands now- there is very close fight on 60-75 seats mostly in UP, Bihar, some pockets of Raj, MP.

Maha, K'taka, Haryana will sting BJP. Tally will come down in Gujarat & WB too. They arent sweeping any big state like 2019 & not gaining in South

Final tally depends on how the close seats will break. If they lean more towards BJP, they can get 265 also.
If they break against, it can be as low as 210.
Other NDA parties combined not adding more than 20 seats (mostly from TDP)

Best case scenario for BJP is a weak win.
--In which case Modi-Shah grip will be broken (may keep Modi as face but) party will undergo realignment. Even allies like TDP humiliated earlier will push back & any support they may solicit from outsiders like BJD etc will be on latter's term. ED bullying may not work.

Rahul Gandhi has led a spirited campaign but big difference has been Kharge, who has been a master tactician/planner. Ofc I dont expect savarna media to credit him. So it goes.
