@flyspicejet You cancelled flight 4 hours before the scheduled departure time. And the only option you gave is to take the refund. Due to this, I was left with no choice but to book a costly flight.
Frequent affair of spicejet is cancelling or changing flight timings. How cheap services..

I am so disappointed with their unfairness had to tag the concerned authorities into this matter.
