@currys I just had a private message exchange wherein the issue I have raised was not understood at all. I was simply told to ‘not worry’ and continue to wait till next Monday with a broken fridge. How can a company like Curry’s have no provision for emergency repairs?

Tried to book an engineer with @currys Curry’s to repair fridge as I paid for 3 years cover. In spite of being told there is an infant and a diabetic person in the house, they’re making me wait for a week without a fridge, to get an engineer out. Appealing to say the least!
