There was a time today in #DCvRR game when Mitchell Starc was bowling and Ian Bishop was in the com box.

Bish compared Starc’s release points from 2015 IPL to 2026 IPL. He had screenshots of both years and explained what has changed in his approach and said he even spoke to Starc about this change and what might have forced it. I wish I could post a screenshot of it but I couldn’t take it.

Anyway, my point here is not about Starc but about Bishop. When this man can do such good research and homework on players why can’t others do the same? This is proper technical analysis. I won’t take names (because that will be one hell of a long list), these commentators are rich, have resources and people willing to do this for them. Why don’t they make their commentary look more insightful and worth a listen?

That is because, I don’t think they care. No matter what they say they are guaranteed to continue in that role. When that’s the case why would they bother doing all that work. Just dress up well, turn up in the com box, state the obvious, read the score board, take the salary and go home. Like the Meerkat would say, Simples!!

Not having to answer to investors or chase revenue targets is a huge advantage and, honestly, a blessing. I want to address what happened to Neeraj and me last week. Of course, it was quite shocking to us as well and honestly very disheartening. But today, we want to talk about what actually happened and more importantly, what we’re going to do about it.

On March 21, we were taken into police custody in connection with a fraud complaint. Three days later, on March 24, a Thane court granted us bail, finding that prima facie, no case was made out against us. The fraud at the centre of this complaint was carried out through a fake website - "https://t.co/mn7Ou56fXE" by impersonators who have absolutely no connection to our platform, our systems, or CoinDCX. No money moved through CoinDCX. No transaction occurred on our exchange. The complainant himself confirmed in court that he did not know us and had never met us.

I'll be honest: our experience was deeply unsettling. Not because we doubted the facts -- we knew from the first moment that this had nothing to do with us. But because it made something painfully clear: the ecosystem we operate in doesn't yet have the tools to tell the difference between the people building this industry responsibly and the people exploiting it.

Think about what this precedent means: if a scammer uses your brand, your name, your face in a fake website and defrauds someone, you can be arrested. Not the scammer. You. This Could Happen to Any founder, Any Business.

That has to change.

And we've decided that CoinDCX will lead that change - not with words, but with actions. → Cyber Safety Infrastructure for Law Enforcement: The Digital Suraksha Network will fund training programmes for state cybercrime cells on blockchain forensics and digital asset tracing.
→ "Caution Before Transaction": a nationwide initiative to give every Indian the tools to participate in digital finance safely.

We know that no single company can solve this. Fraud networks are sophisticated, cross-border, and evolving daily. Nowadays, they make use of AI that makes them exponentially harder to catch. But someone has to start to fix this problem from the root.

We are putting ₹100 crore on the table because the ecosystem cannot afford to wait. I am asking every platform, every regulator, and every Indian who participates in digital finance to join us.

We want to ensure that anyone building startups in India like us can do so with confidence, and not with fear.

I would like to personally meet the genius who came up with this time table for the 26963/4 Asarva (Ahmedabad) - Udaipur Vande Bharat.

There is massive tourist demand between the two cities. But the genius who prepared this TT has no idea about travel patterns, or has never traveled as a tourist in his/her life.

The train leaves Ahmedabad at 5:30 pm and reaches Udaipur at 10 pm. By the time you reach your hotel and check in, the day is practically over. Most hotels allow check-in between 12 pm and 2 pm — so you’ve essentially paid for a full day at a resort without getting to enjoy it.

Now look at the return. The train leaves Udaipur at 6:10 am. That means waking up at an ungodly hour\ (god help you if you have kids) rushing through checkout, and missing the complimentary breakfast most hotels offer. Standard checkout time is around 11 am. So instead of a relaxed morning, you’re scrambling before sunrise.

Who exactly does this timetable serve?

If this train is meant for tourists, the schedule should be reversed.

It should leave Ahmedabad at 6:10 am, reach Udaipur around midday, perfectly timed for hotel check-in. On the return, it should depart Udaipur around 3 pm, allowing travelers to check out comfortably at 11 am or 12 pm, enjoy lunch, and reach Ahmedabad by 7:30 or 8 pm.

the Bakchodi-to-Freedom Pipeline

phase 1: deconstruct

the "bakchod" phase is where you realize the game is rigged. by laughing at it, you de-sanctify the institutions. you no longer fear the boss, the government, or society ("log kya kahenge").

this detachment is your shield. the moment you stop being emotionally invested in the default script
(degree -> job -> debt -> retirement), you gain a clarity that people still inside the system can’t access.

phase 2: reconstruct

jokes are not escapism. they are truth-seeking tools. humor lets you say what cannot be said directly. if something cannot be joked about, it’s usually because it’s hiding a lie.

every rigid system leaks value. because the bakchod is no longer emotionally invested, they can see what compliant participants can’t: ignored niches, inefficient processes, attention or capital moving in predictable but unexamined ways etc.

truth is the precursor to wealth. once you find an important truth, you can now turn it into wealth. travis kalanick used to say something like: the difference between reality and perception is the innovation playground...

while protesters fight the system and npcs grind inside it, the bakchod watches flows - money, incentives, attention.

phase 3: leverage

this is where truth disguised as nonsense turns into leverage. use code, content, or capital to exploit the insight.

since you’ve already exited mentally, you aren’t afraid to fail in the traditional system. you can take asymmetric bets where the downside is just more bakchodi, but the upside is sovereignty.

freedom: once the exploit works, you achieve freedom. not just financial freedom, but the freedom from ever having to comply again.

One of the biggest mistakes Modi govt made since 2014 is not dismantling the Marxist ecosystem in education on priority.

Didn’t touch it. Allowed it to flourish. In fact, didn’t touch education for two full terms and even boasted about it.

On one hand, govt gave a free hand to Marxists to carry on their agenda of ideological indoctrination of Dalits by constantly feeding them the “atrocity narrative”, not to empower, but to harden grievance and convert it into a political weapon. And on the other hand, instead of countering that grievance through social reform, dialogue, and genuine integration, govt appeased that anger by giving them weapons like strengthening the Atrocities Act and now the UGC regulations to take out that grudge and seek revenge.
