I think its some system failure and business entity not able take benefit of GSTIN too

@AshwiniVaishnaw sir, did u have answer on this, every in india at every station the same things all charging double the rates for tea and soup. What railway doing on these vendors. No one giving bill for tea and soup also bcz then complaint raise.
