My dream car is with them for more than 4 months. I am feeling cheated & helpless and vowed that I will never buy Mercedes again...who don't care for their customers.

They had done a thorough diagnosis byt never mentioned about a worn off coolent pipe.... I trusted my Mercedes brand blindly , which was my biggest mistake.

Now, they are blaming me saying that it is due to normal wear and tear.

I spent 3,40,000/- for updating the car .... but just after 750 kms. of driving ,the coolent pipe bursts and engine is seized.
