If you are interested in applying for Erasmus mundus scholarship, this is the time to prepare for it.

1 check their catalogue and identify the program(s) you want to apply for.

2. Check the theme/objective of the program and be sure you understand them. Also check the requirements. Ensure it's something you can meet.

3. Get all your documents ready. Certificate, passport, transcripts, personal statements, IELTS where needed etc.

4. Do MOOCs to improve your knowledge and build a strong profile. Some do as many as 5-10 MOOCs.

5 Write your CV using the Europass format. You can get the format on Google.

6. Try and get work experience relating to your program of interest. You can volunteer or seek for internships if you are not working.

7. Wait for applications to open and submit your application.

You can get resources on this scholarship on YouTube, Google and even here on Facebook.

It's a very competitive scholarship. Stat your preparations now.

Remember applications will open from September 2026

Indians, Pakistanis, Kenyans even the and Chinese are already preparing.

There are over 140 programs you can choose from.

Finally Erasmus-mundus scholarship do not have a caveat that says you must return to your country after your studies.

We will know the actual number that won the scholarship by July during the final induction by the European Union.
