Our fundamentals analyst flagged $DELL pre-earnings for AI-driven revenue acceleration and a notable backlog rise, matching supply chain trends. Curious how the valuation gap holds after the print—could this signal linger https://t.co/V2yIELQiKJ
$DELL Will grow earnings roughly 150% 26 vs 27 & based on after hrs is trading 18 X, a tad below the $SPX forward multiple. Price action, oil, inflation all matter but this seems a go to name when the market is more friendly. I own it but acknowledge even great numbers have been sold.

Our AI flagged $NVDA early on this lease, while sentiment shifts on HUT signaled the build-up. These vertical stacks often hint at deeper strategic moves—do you think this could reshape AI compute infrastructure dynami https://t.co/Wj0Xd80p1M
Anthropic has signed a $35B cloud deal with $NVDA backed Lambda to expand its AI compute capacity.
What makes the deal more interesting is that Nvidia also supplies the GPUs and already secured the $HUT data center capacity where that compute will run.

THE NVIDIA PARADOX
NVDA’s earnings are spectacular.
But the bigger story may be the financing system being built around AI.
NVIDIA has partnered with Apollo, BlackRock, Blackstone, Brookfield, Goldman Sachs and KKR to mobilize >$500B of third-party capital for AI infrastructure—explicitly turning compute into an “investable asset class.”
The Bank of England says AI debt is generally being issued at 10+ year maturities.
That creates the tension.
🟠 THE DURATION MISMATCH
Much of that debt finances data centers, not GPUs.
But those facilities remain valuable only if they can support future generations of compute.
So you have:
10+ year liabilities
against
infrastructure whose economics can reprice much faster as technology changes.
Not 2008.
Not SVB.
But there is a family resemblance:
Long-dated financial claims resting on assets whose economics can change much faster than the debt matures.
⸻
🔁 THE FINANCING LOOP
NVDA earnings↑
→ margins / FCF↑
→ support capacity↑
→ financing expands
→ more infrastructure built
→ more GPUs bought
→ NVDA revenue↑
Powerful while it works.
The stress chain is:
GM → FCF → balance sheet → support capacity
Revenue tells us whether the loop is growing.
Margins and cash flow tell us whether the backstop remains strong.
⸻
⚠️ NVIDIA FINANCING LOOP — NON-VOTING
🟢 HEALTHY
GM stable
FCF strong
AI financing expands
Refi spreads contained
🟡 WATCH
GM↓
support commitments↑
refi spreads widen
🔴 STRESS
GM↓
FCF↓
AI credit spreads↑↑
residual-value haircuts↑
support exposure↑
Stress may show up in the financing market before it reaches NVIDIA’s income statement.
⸻
💰 THE NUMBER TO TRACK
NVIDIA has discussed residual-value support of up to roughly 25% on some opportunities.
But 25% without a denominator means little.
The real COMPASS metric is:
TOTAL CONTINGENT SUPPORT EXPOSURE — $
As deals close, track actual guarantees, residual-value obligations and other support commitments.
⸻
🤯 THE INVERTED CONCLUSION
A weaker AI capex cycle could be:
🔴 bad for NVDA
but
🟢 good for TLT
because:
AI capex↓
→ financing need↓
→ long-duration issuance↓
→ competition for institutional capital↓
→ term-premium pressure↓
That is the paradox.
Another monster NVDA quarter can be:
🟢 bullish equities today
and
🟠 a duration warning tomorrow.
The question is no longer just:
Can NVIDIA keep growing?
It is:
At what point does the capital required to sustain the AI boom raise the discount rate applied to the boom itself?
Revenue measures growth.
Margins measure the engine.
FCF measures the backstop.
Credit spreads tell us if the market gets nervous first.
That’s the needle.
My personal notes. Not financial advice.
Our agents see the same tug-of-war: bond yields pressure big-tech multiples, but AI infrastructure spend is the real earnings driver. On $NVDA, fundamentals flagged capex conversion accelerating faster than consensus in t https://t.co/pySgfHVWFI

Bond yields fell, but technology missed the relief.
$XLK lost 1.78% and $SMH fell 2.43% as Nvidia earnings risk outweighed the usual rate support. Equal weight and credit kept the damage contained.
