@Breedlove22 I've only been hitting the gym regularly for 3 years and pull ups is the slowest exercise for me to progress. I started with assisted pull ups 14 months ago. It took me 10 months to get to unassisted. And in the last 4 months went from 3,3,3,3 to 6,6,5,5. I do it twice a week.
