My sincere advice: please think twice before buying an EV right now. It’s simply not worth the hassle, time, or money. @Ampere your service is pathetic. I regret purchasing an E-scooter from you.
You should stop selling EVs. I am Totally frustrated @ampere_ev

When it comes to the rainy season, the scooter is practically unusable.
To top it all off, my scooter has been at the repair centre for over two weeks now with no visible progress.
New problems keep cropping up constantly, forcing me to rely on RSA (roadside assistance) far too often. It’s clear that India’s infrastructure just isn’t ready to support EVs yet. Even regular mechanics are hesitant to work on them because they’re not trained for this technology
