@TrueStormchaser@archus777 Oh very likely. I had posted this on Facebook and instagram years ago as well. It’s gotten it’s fair share of being passed around since then.
“I desire one noble destiny.”
An amalgamation of the set piece Vahi and movie appearance. This Mask of Time is hand shaped and crafted from brass & metal, & fully wearable over cloth/n95 masks.
This design/build had been floating around in my head for almost 15 years now.
@jafarmuhammadh1 I made a custom mix using “turn signal amber” and a metallic gloss red, then diluted that with thinner to hand paint it on in light layers.
(This was an earlier project from 2017 where I tried it for the first time)

In wake of this interesting post, I’m reminded of the Optimus Prime I built in Lego Digital Designer back in 2009-11. Model is 23,460 bricks total and stands at about 256 bricks in height which i've calculated out to be at 8 feet tall. #transformers
#810NICLEDay observance! Though you may be long gone, for now, that means nothing to all the memories & new experiences us fans are always making that pull the legacy thru time itself & on to our newer generations. #Bionicle#810nicle
Also, shout out to @Challengergirl9 for helping catch me up to all the details concerning the convention & events. I would’ve completely missed out on it all while I work out of town. 😅
#DrawVeeIP entry in a bit of a different way: custom hand painted #repaint & retooled fully transformable Vee IP figure. Scratch build head sculpt + parts made from sheet styrene. Now @iacononline has its own convention exclusive figure & physical incarnation of their mascot.
@Frag_Raptor@iacononline@archus777 Many thanks!! Vee’s ref sheets were very solid to follow. I was glad I could find another RID2015 Windblade in time to work on. With a Dremel & a soldering tool, anything is possible!
