@SpotifyCares have a Spotify account. Just realised we typed in an extra ‘s’ in the email, but forgot password. Now we can’t change either the email address or password (which needs email link) for our account. There’s no support email address on forms on web

@AOLSupportHelp That’s the catch-22: @twitter says, if you lose access to twitter, recover with email you signed up with. Now, email was with https://t.co/pOJZZpgHyd, but access is now lost. @AOLSupportHelp offers no real help and say ‘talk to twitter’ - that’s ‘policy’. Endless circle of BS.

@AOLSupportHelp Hi - there’s a twitter account we are trying to recover, it was linked to an AIM email address which I will DM to you separately. Twitter wouldn’t let us access the account because that AIM is not active. Your website offered no help in recovering. Been dealing with this for a yr

@SlackHQ when sending Hyperlinks in Slack, it doesn’t recognise the equal ‘=‘ sign is part of the link and breaks a link at that point. Is it possible for an update so that it recognises the equal sign?

@SlackHQ: on iPad, we have an issue with opening files from Slack with ‘Open in...’ and destination is ‘Trace’. Support from @MorpholioApps , which makes ‘Trace’, said they have multiple reports of this from users, and believe is a Slack issue. Can you guys have a chat? Thanks

@SlackHQ While we are on this issue, when we want to copy ‘file location links’ such as AFP:// or SMB:// , when there are spaces in the directory name (which would happen with all modern day file servers), the link will break at ‘space’. Any way to fix this?
