Let me give you a basic education on Islam.

I will not insult you, despite you not only eating pork, drinking alcohol, and committing takfir on thousands on your stream, but also demanding that Allah send me and my Duel colleagues to burn in Hell for eternity.

This is not Islam. You can take a page out of Christ's book and be better than this.

You argue that zero edge gambling (which only Duel provides) is haram because gambling is haram. By your logic, all forms of investing would also be haram. Investing in stocks, trading, buying property, or investing in people's businesses. At face value this could not be true, so let's actually examine the scriptures you failed to ever read.

First is the principle of Mutual Consent (4:29 in the Quran), which states "Do not consume one another's wealth for nothing, but let there be trade by mutual consent." Zero edge gambling is a trade being made entirely with mutual consent for both parties.

"Gain goes with liability for loss" (al-ghunm bi-l-ghurm, Majallah art. 87) is the clear provision proving that taking risks is absolutely allowed in the Quran. It is through this underlying principle that Muslims are able to invest and take risk. What is not permitted is taking destructive risk, like gambling at casinos other than Duel, which have a house edge and thus a negative expected value on your money.

This is widely accepted by scholars. Without accepting this provision, you are calling every Islamic stock investor a kaffir. Every Islamic entrepreneur a kaffir. We both know that risk does not equal haram.

"No harm, and no reciprocating harm" (Ibn Mājah 2341). "Matters are judged by their aims" (Majallah art. 2; Bukhārī 1) are further principles from the Prophet outlining that when entertainment and recreation arise from the activity, the harms the laws guard against simply never arise. Recreation is Sunnah, and harm is the test. You wouldn't know this, but the Prophet raced young Aisha and let her watch the Abyssinians play in the mosque, as a form of entertainment and recreation. That was considered value to him.

I could get into several further scriptures and examples, such as the Hanafis already allowing two sided race bets once a third rider with 0 stakes is added (very similar to what Duel already provides with the audit server system), but it's been well accepted by any reasonable Islamic scholar taking a full assessment of the situation that zero edge gambling, and only zero edge specifically, as is available on Duel, is completely halal.

To explain it more simply so that someone of your caliber can understand: the Quran banned gambling as a practice because it bred hatred and ate wealth for nothing. A risk-taking activity without the expected downside, zero house edge, with mutual consent, fairly capped at 50/50, and purchased for enjoyment (thus making the expected value positive), does neither. Even you probably know "the default in all things is permissibility" (al-aṣl fī al-ashyāʾ al-ibāḥah, al-Suyūṭī, al-Ashbāh wa-l-Naẓāʾir) rule...

My fatwa is grounded in actual scripture and Islamic text. You on the other hand constantly make a fool of yourself by never knowing even the basics of "your" religion.

Instead of working with the angels and spreading love (which you could do with your platform), you constantly commit haram activities. You invoke Allah's name to condemn our people at Duel to hell. Constantly. You call Muslims kaffirs, which is a worse Islamic sin than anything we have ever done. You posted a video depicting a man putting up a flag of Islamic terrorism and deleted it shortly afterward. You have been insulting White Christians non stop, making fun of Christianity, and asserting that Islam will impose itself in every household forcibly.

None of this is peace or love. None of this is what Allah wanted (and we worship the same God, just with different names). Educate yourself.

Paul said that even if an angel from heaven comes with a gospel different from the one the apostles preached, that messenger is to be accursed. Galatians 1:8.

So if somebody shows up centuries later saying, “An angel gave me a revelation,” but the revelation contradicts the Gospel and changes the story of Jesus, I’m not panicking.

We already know what to do: reject the revelation. The Gospel doesn’t get rewritten because someone claims an angel delivered an update.

“But an angel brought it!”

So what???… Paul said even an angel doesn’t get an automatic exemption.

The angel can present the revelation.
The Bible can examine it.

And if it contradicts the Gospel, the Gospel wins.
